Troubleshooting your iPhone is not as difficult as you might think. You may be surprised to learn that you can repair your iPhone yourself even if you are not a tech-savvy person.
A frozen iPhone is one of the most common Apple iPhone problems. This means your iPhone may not work as expected or not work at all. Here are some tips and tricks to fix your iPhone when it freezes or is having other issues.
Refillable. Make sure you charge your iPhone from a high-power USB port and not from a low-power USB port. Your keyboard's USB port (if you have one) has normal power consumption, so you can't use it to charge your iPhone. Only the high-power USB port charges your iPhone, or you can also use an iPhone power adapter. You can easily tell if your iPhone is not getting power to charge just by looking at the battery image. If you see the red part of the battery image flash three times and then the screen goes black, this is an indication that the iPhone is NOT charging.
If charging your iPhone doesn't solve your problem, try this.
