Cell phones today are extraordinary devices. Not only do they help you stay in touch with friends and family, but you can surf the web, watch movies, listen to music, and even plan your route using some of the built-in GPS software and maps. It sounds like a lot of features, but you get even more with an app on a touch phone (or smartphone)! All you have to do is buy a phone and then download the app you want! Some are free and some are paid. However, most apps are cheap.
There are so many apps that it is impossible to cover them all. But we can give you some examples. The Currency app for Apple iPhone lets you convert international currencies with a single tap, ideal for those who love to travel, or the VS Painter LE app for HTC touch lets you edit photos and graphics quickly and easily.
Another app called AroundMe lets you know what stores and services are nearby, no matter where you are. So if you need an ATM, you can open a bank nearby, or if you need alcohol, you can find a good bar and even get directions to get there. Meanwhile, the Yelp app goes a step further and not only shows you where bars and restaurants are but also reviews from real people (other Yelp users) and lets you add your own opinion.
If you’ve ever heard a song somewhere that you like but didn’t know what it was, then you’ll love Midomi. Just hold your Apple iPhone close to the speaker and let it capture the audio segment. Then he will find out what song it is and tell you! You can also hum or sing the song later and it will try to figure out what song you sang.

Of course, there are tons of apps we can download and it’s hard to keep up. It’s almost impossible to list them all, but the beauty is that every day we find new ways to use our phones.

Technology was just a feature, but today it is equipped with modern features to meet all needs. Newer phones come from older phones that only include cameras, but now they include everything down to the video and sports games. When the Apple iPhone was launched in 2007, it was a good sign of the year, meaning that the coming years will bring more technology and advancements in gadgets such as phones, electronics, and toys.
Mobile phones have no limitations as they are seen as a form of entertainment rather than a necessity for telecommunications. Gadgets ranging from touchscreens to high-definition plasma televisions are the most advanced and hippest gadgets in the world today. Their price increases with advanced technology in electronics. However, if you really pay attention to price changes, you may not see a price increase, but rather a decrease in the price of the product. Prices seem to have gone up because we don’t have enough money to blow up these units due to the recession. Some examples will confirm the above statement. As with plasma TVs, in 2004 we received $2698, but in 2009 you could get $925 if you searched laptop prices, the average search price in 2004 was $1144, but now in 2009, you could only get good quality laptops, configuration $697.
